*According to Taiwan Customs regulations, all Taiwan personal import express parcels must be authenticated by real name. The Chinese name and ID number on the recipient's valid ID must be provided, otherwise the express parcel cannot be imported. Order and Shipping Time
Orders received before 12:00 noon Hong Kong time will be shipped on the same day depending on inventory (only Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders received after 12:00 noon will be processed on the next business day.
The package will be delivered by local logistics (mostly USPS in the United States, and local logistics in European countries), and customers can receive the package within 3-15 working days (based on the logistics method you choose). During peak hours (such as Double Eleven, Black Friday, etc.) or special circumstances (such as warehouse inventory, holidays), weather, manpower and other factors, delivery may be delayed, please be patient.
